Conquer your fears.

Although a lot of people take climbing classes to conquer their fear of heights, you can feel free to conquer your fear of stinky rental shoes in the same class. The dreadful thought of anyone dipping their feet into worn-out shoes—still warm from the previous renter—is enough to set anyone's teeth at edge. Instead, show up to the first day of class in the Scarpa Women's Origin Climbing Shoe, and maybe set a goal that you'll try a more used pair at the last day of class. Or don't.... everyone would understand if you wanted to continue wearing this comfy pair of shoes than any of the rentals that may or may not have toenails stuck to the inside.

What do you think about this product?

After day two of use

Strap latch connection point can wear through very quickly if you aren't careful. The first day one shoe broke and that night I sewed it back, and the next day both fully broke again.

Perfect first shoe

I've used it several times

I tried a few pairs before finding my perfect match. My feet have never been so happy. I wear a 7-7.5 in street shoe so I went with a 39. They stretched out a bit within the first few weeks, so I probably could have sized down half a size. I can't say this will be the best shoe forever, as technically, they're not the most advanced, but if you're looking for an ease into climbing, here's your foot in the door.

Good neutral climbing shoe

I returned this product before using it

I originally bought these climbing shoes as an alternative backup to my favorite ones. However, I ended up returning them & keeping my favorite ones due to the extra padding in the Achilles area. They have similar arch support & toe box room. Good climbing shoes all around.

Nice Starter Shoe

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These shoes are great for the first time climber. Rubber holds up and the hook and loop makes them comfortable and easy to get in and out of at the gym.
