This is my fourth pair!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I use these shoes for everything from summer summits to running around the disc golf course and I love them. Great grabby rubber, support, and sporty look. My only complaint is that the tongue likes to drift to the outside which easily lets moisture in if it's wet out. They've come in all sorts of colors over the years and I keep going back for more. Great shoe!

Great Shoe

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I got these for my wife to replace an older pair of scraps and she loves them! They are just the right balance with stability and comfort. A good approach shoe needs to be sturdy, but be comfortable for those long approaches. These are the best of both worlds, and fit her true to size.

Versatile and comfortable shoe

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Right off the bat a huge kudos to backcountry having great service and exchange policy that helped me get the right size figured out. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced. The shoes are very comfortable, likely not for someone with wide toes though. Worn them mostly on light hikes and in town. Haven’t tried yet on legit all day hike. They are nice and light weight meanwhile feel sturdy and a good grip although the tongue does have a tendency to slide. Overall good quality shoe.

Sends through the crux

Familiarity:

Amazing approach shoe! Went from the la sportiva boulder to this guy and am so happy I did! Felt super great on my 7 mile approach and scrambled like a boss. My only reason for the 4 stars is the tongue slipped to the side after a little bit and I had to keep adjusting it. Hopefully as they break in that issue will go away.
