Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.
Q: If I'm not sure what to buy, can I give a gift certificate?

Q: What are your shipping cutoffs dates to ensure my gift arrives before the 25th?
A: In order for your gift to arrive in time, please place your order by the following dates:

Q: Can my gift recipients return gifts? Until when?
A: Yes they can exchange the gift or return it for a gift certificate equal to what you paid for their present. They will need to contact our Gearheads by calling 1.800.409.4502 or chatting live on the site. They will help get the gift exchanged or set up a gift certificate.
The gifts being returned need to be in new, unused condition and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Q: Do you offer personal shopping recommendations? Who can I contact if I need help with my purchase?

Q: Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii/international addresses?
A: We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately we can't offer free shipping to these awesome, but remote, locations. We do ship free to all APO addresses.
For international orders, Backcountry.com uses UPS.
