    Interesting Shorts...

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Height: 5'5"
    • Weight: 112lbs

    From my husband:
I agree with a majority of what's been said by other reviewers regarding these shorts. SUPER light and comfy. I have no previous experience with the Saxx brand, but may be a new fan. The "interesting" is in regards to the "Ballpark" pouch technology. I've never run in shorts that keeps "things" compartmentalized. Good stuff.

Love Saxx? Love Running? You Need These!

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium

I am a big Saxx undies fan. Seriously, most men do not rave to other men about their underwear, with the exception being Saxx. If you are a male, you've likely been told that you need to be wearing Saxx - all of the lovely supportive features of Saxx underwear is also featured in their Pilot 2-in-1 short and I love it.

I'm a big fan of the internal liners in running shorts and these are no exception. I took mine out on an 8 mile run and they did great. No chafing, plenty of support, and lightweight.

The outer "shell" of the short is very lightweight, but does seem pretty carry static electricity, sticking to the inner liner in a weird way. Didn't get a chance to try out the rear pocket. Only other concern is odor mitigation as the liner does sort of seem like it would hold funky smells, but time will tell on that!

All in all, pretty fantastic shorts. I'm a huge fanboy of Saxx including their undies and branding out into their long underwear & running shorts.

    Am I Wearing Shorts?

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Height: 5'8"
    • Weight: 165lbs

These are great! I got a pair for running and love them. At first, I was a little skeptical with the built-in underwear. But its awesome! They fit great and don't chafe at all. They do not have pockets beside a little zipper one on the back. I will be wearing these on all my trail runs and would recommend these to anyone looking for a great lightweight running short.

    Super light weight

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'6"
    • Weight: 155lbs

These are probably the thinnest, tech-iest shorts out there. The material is super lightweight, but still has a durable feel to it. It takes a little getting used to because it literally feels like you're not wearing anything but after a while I really started to like it. The fit is good, the quality is great, and I really enjoy the freedom of motion and lightness of the material. I'm still getting used to the internal underwear, but if you're a die hard runner you're probably already into it. And for those of you familiar with Saxx's underwear then it's exactly what you'd expect.

    Super light and comfortable

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: medium
    • Height: 5'6"
    • Weight: 160lbs

Like the previous reviewer mentioned, the material of these shorts is super light and comfortable. The fit is awesome, but the shorts do tend to cling to you. That said, I almost never link my run with other errands or activities, so I'm not super turned away by that issue. The inner short/liner is longer (box brief length) than some of my other running shorts. I prefer the longer compression lining for sure. The single rear pocket fits an iPhone 6S, but not with corded headphones. I usually run with bluetooth Jaybirds so again, not a huge issue.

    Light as air

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 165lbs

These shorts are as feather light as advertised. I was really impressed when I first picked them up. I used to be a sales rep for Gore Running wear and they use some of the best materials in the industry. The materials they have picked have that same feel as any top of the line shorts in the industry. When you put them on it feels like you are only wearing a nice pair of compression shorts with great support. I have run and worked out in them a few times. Each time they have stayed in place and offered exceptional support that I don't get from my traditional 2in1 shorts. The only thing I don't love is that the short material collects a lot of static electricity. That tends to make the shorts stick to your legs. Throughout the workout that starts to dissipate but I don't like my shorts clinging to my legs as I go to the gym or the store. Overall these are top of the line shorts, that are incredibly light and feel amazing, I would get these again in a heartbeat.
