Product not as pictured

Ordered this lock when I lost the original YELLOW lock after many years of trouble free use. The replacement lock is apparently the new GRAY colored lock. Unfortunately, they do not work the same. The GRAY lock attaches on the side and with our hitch, the key hole can only be placed on the bottom. My complaint here is that what is pictured "Yellow" lock is not what was delivered.
