Rebel against the winter.
Santini's Rebel Printed Winter Jacket provides the intense protection you need from the elements this winter, without the insane price tag. Sure, it's not inexpensive, but when you consider that it competes favorably with jackets costing twice as much — and looks great, too — it's a serious deal. And don't forget that it's also handmade in Italy.
The Rebel jacket is made of not one, but two layers of a proprietary material called Warmsant. It's a water-resistant, windproof polyester-based fabric that provides outstanding protection, yet on the inside, you get a soft layer of thermofleece that keeps you warm while also helping evacuate accumulated perspiration within the jacket. The inside of the collar is lined with soft and comfortable microsuede. Three cargo pockets in back carry the essentials when necessary, and the jacket's logo and piping are all reflective for greater visibility at night.
The Santini Rebel Printed Winter Jacket comes in three colors — Yellow, White, and Royal Blue — and in six sizes, from Small to XXX-Large.

- Q & A
Pretty good, but not a castelli jacket
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: Large
- Height: 5'7"
- Weight: 150lbs
I bought this because CC was having a great sale - for less than $90 it was worth having another cold weather jacket for NY (upstate) winters. I used it on a 16 degree day - not as good as my castelli espresso jackets. With one base layer I wasn't freezing, but it was definitely colder than if I wore my espresso jacket. It's not quite as windproof so you feel it. Even with a 2nd layer underneath it would not have worked as well. It is fine for temps in the 30's and down to the low 20's and I love the hi-vis yellow. Pockets are also rather shallow for a winter jacket - that's a definite downside.
Size pretty much followed my castelli jacket- size up from traditional US sizing.
What is the fit (race, form, etc...)
I wear castelli jackets in large and this is close to the same fit- perhaps a bit more snug. I'm 5'7", 150 lbs.
