I wear a suze Large in everything, and I mean every shirt i own is a large. I'm a muscular build at 5'11" and weigh 187lbs. My large shirts fit me perfect and are a lil snug in the arms. The santa Cruz shirt in a Size large literally hung off of me. I sent it back and ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. I suggest u order 1 size smaller than u normally wear unless your style is super baggy clothes. I love the short sleeve and long sleeve shirts. Very well made and in hot weather it works great at keeping you cool.
