Why We Like The 5010 27.5+ D Complete Mountain Bike
The Santa Cruz 5010 27.5+ D Complete Mountain Bike hits a true sweet spot between cross country bikes like the Blur and Tallboy, and aggressive enduro machines like the Bronson or Megatower. It's a bike known for quick accelerations and spirited handling, but still able to hold its own when the trails get technical and rowdy. For this third generation of the bike, Santa Cruz made the 5010 slacker and longer for more composure at higher speeds on rougher trails, yet it's still spritely and agile on twisty singletrack and possesses pedaling efficiency for multi-hour epic rides in the high mountains. Plus, the 5010 is just damn fun to ride, and encourages you to go for all the bonus lines you can find thanks to its playful handling on the trail.
