This is a good helmet for people who don’t want to be wearing one. I got sick of being one of the 10 people without one, and thought these looked good on YouTube. This helmet is not a bother at all, and real easy to add or remove the foam pieces to make a good fit. I think I measured slightly over 24” but the large fits perfect with a blackstrap balaclava on. It also fits perfect with my dragon goggles. I’m really surprised how comfortable/not noticeable this helmet is given how basic and bare bones it is. I recommend it. It’s light weight, certified, and has that skateboarder look. Definitely recommend for those who hate wearing a helmet
