Soft cup and Starbucks "Via" single serving packet
Combine the soft cup and a Starbucks "Via" single serving coffee packet on a hike or a run for a quick burst of the good stuff (cold.) Also handy for taking on short local runs that pass by small establishments like a small market, gas station, fast food place or park building that has a clean bathroom or soda fountain with water option but no drinking fountain. Saves you asking for a disposable a cup and you can avoid taking a flask altogether. Save a tree!

Smart and light cup
I used this cup first of all because i needed it as mandatory equipment for Marathon Mont Blanc. In one training run, I found the cup in my backpack by coincidence. From that time I have often brought the cup during training for drinking the water in the rivers. It takes no space in my belt/backpack when I'm running.

Nothing beats a proper cup
This cup is fit for purpose ie squashes up small and holds fluid but not very stable when full up and placed on a surface, which doesn't happen often as I use it at checkpoints and just gulp it down and go. However, it has taken a long time to get rid of the nasty plastic taste that tainted the water, this has included leaving it soaking overnight in bicarbonate of soda and lemon juice.
