    Freestyle virtuoso.

Whether you're raising a ruckus in the park's jump line or sneaking into forbidden urban areas for midnight jib sessions, the Salomon Villain Wide Snowboard inspires you to break freestyle boundaries and destroy preconceived notions of what's possible on your snowboard. Designed for the technical freestyle wizardry of Louif Paradis, the Villain excels on everything from triple-kinks in the streets to backcountry jumps into fluffy powder. This particular version is wider for bigger riders desiring extra stability for their larger-than-average feet.

The Rock Out Camber profile gives Lou the pop and stability of camber, but with a more forgiving feel. A large flat section between the bindings provides stability, while camber underneath the bindings keeps your board loaded up for huge ollies and locked into carves while you're cruising outside the park. After the cambered sections, the board transitions to rocker at the tip and tail. These rocker zones loosen it up a bit, injecting a bit of playfulness into an otherwise responsive freestyle board, as well as allowing it to float in powder better than its twin shape would suggest.

Seeing it's intended for loading up huge ollies and clearing kickers, the Villain's Aspen Select core retains a smooth, consistent flex throughout, complemented with Salomon's Popster Booster additives of snappy carbon stringers for increased ollie power. Slingshot sidewalls insert snappy carbon stringers into vibration-damping rubber blocks directly underfoot, resulting in a smoother feel with heightened response when you're railing carves and snapping off the lip. Ultimately, this advanced construction retains the playfulness you've come to love from the Villain, but makes it more adept at cruising the entire mountain when you're not feeling the park.

    • Iconic freestyle board for technical jibs and park jumps
    • Rock Out Camber has the responsiveness of camber with less catch
    • Medium flex is playful in the park, without being a soft noodle
    • Aspen Select Core for a smooth flex with high durability levels

    • Triax glass adds torsional response over looser jib boards
    • Sintered EG base with Electra for a faster glide
    • Item #SAL010R

The Salomon Villain is my go to everyday snowboard. This board can handle everything from Ripping laps in the park to riding waist deep powder. The Rock out Camber profile on this board gives you the best of every camber, with the Flat between the bindings and camber underfoot helping minimize chatter at high speeds and being able to rip into carves at high speeds as well and not being afraid of washing out. and then you have their catch free rocker on the tip and tail which is a game changer when hitting rails in the park. If you're looking for one board to do it all this season, the Villain is for you.

If you have ANY questions on this board or any other boards feel free to shoot me a call or send me an email!
