Great boot, until the battery dies
Boot worked well for 2 days. Battery started to drain and would never fully charge, finally dying on day 5. Apparently this is a known problem and luckily, Backcountry is going to exchange the boot for me. I would give it 5 stars if it worked but sadly, this is a lemon.

So disappointed
Just bought these. Wasn’t going to buy the heated version but decided what the heck. The right boot will not charge at all, the light won’t even turn on. Left them plugged in for a whole day and nothing. Really wanted to try them out but I guess I’ll be returning them instead. Huge disappointment, I’m so sad!!
