Warm pants with great venting
I bought the S Lab Pant this year and found the pockets for skiing at the resort to be too small for things like my phone. So I purchased the QST 3L about 6 weeks ago. I like the larger front pocket, and other pockets, the 4 vents have been great too. I believe the fit of my size medium is a little smaller than my S Lab size medium pants. Also suspenders on the QST 3L have a band that goes around your waist, the design initially seemed odd to me but I have come to like it. These pants have been warm on very cold days, and the material seems to be of high quality. I recommend these pants to anyone looking for a warmer pant, with great venting and pockets.

Keeps the weather out
Been skiing with these about 10 times now. Very comfortable, with ventilation zippers on the inside and outside of the legs. Making them perfect for uphill travel. 3 layer gortex keeps me dry on the downhills. Great pant

Quality pants but sizing is very off.
I just received these today and was really excited to use them on the mountain this week, however, they are way too small. They call the medium out for fitting 33-35 inch waist - unfortunately, that is false for these pants. I have a 33 inch waist line and an older set of 10k Salomon pants is loose and baggy. So I believe they changed their sizing for these pants but never updated the sizing chart. So consider sizing up... I will be ordering a large and I really hope they are a good fit as these pants look and feel great! Some pros: inner leg vents, size leg vents/access points, strong durable zippers, tough durable materials. These should last me a very long time with how well they are made!
