Great Hiking shoes for the winter

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit:
Runs small

Originally got these shoes for hiking the Narrows in Zion and the watery conditions but they also work great for winter hikes and snowy conditions. It runs narrow so you will have to break them in and if like toe room 1/2 size up.

Backcountry is the worst

I was charged for shipping to return the boots after receiving defective boots? How is that my fault? Still waiting for my refund almost two weeks later. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Two day shipping also took a week.

Did you call their customer service and describe your problem? Backcountry has always been great about working with their customers in my experience. Additionally, shipping is probably delayed with all the COVID craziness, not BC’s fault.
