Why We Like The Salomon Bonatti WP Pant

The Salomon Bonatti WP Pant pretty much shrugs off wind and rain, thanks to its nylon ripstop shell that's treated with a durable water repellent for all-weather protection. The half-elasticated waistband adjusts to our waist size while the zippered leg bottoms make it easier to slip our pants over our running shoes. This pant is perfect for year-round outdoor training for both trails and road running.

Water-proof

I bought these as a mandatory item for a UTMB qualifier and used them within a week of arrival. I was perfectly dry from the POURING rain over 10km. My only complaint is that they’re only available in black. I would be more comfortable running in town wearing lighter colors.

Great if you can get them

Borrowed a friend’s pair of the Bonatti pants as backup insurance for foul weather during longer races. Incredibly lightweight. Unfortunately, these pants can’t be bought in the U.S. Why?
