Really wanted to like this vest

I have acquired 12 vests over the years for different ultra-training, races. I wanted a very light, minimalist vest for shorter training runs. But this is not it! The major problem is BOUNCE. The flasks ride so high there is no way to keep them from bouncing up and down, rubbing my chest raw. No matter how tight to make the side straps, it bounces like hell when the flasks are full. One 6 mile run was more than enough to make me send it back. Also, the storage on the back is absolutely unreachable ... either by reaching back or pulling it up behind me. Have to take it off to get at it.
