Love it perfect for my trail run

Supper comfy, has plenty of pockets and is lightweight. It doesn't even feel like you have it on.

Excellent Pack

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:
X-Large

Purchased hydration pack for trail races and overall, no issues. Nice and snug so you don’t get that moving around action with every stride. Easily rinse and hang and dry afterwards.

The do-everything/good-for-everything vest

This is my third ADV SKIN 12 vest and each new version is a little better than the first. My last one would have lasted much longer but some chipmunks decided to eat through it while I was sleeping to get to the peanuts I had in a bag in the pockets. I love this vest as I can use it for short runs with 1 or 2 soft flasks, or longer runs with 3 or 4 soft flasks, or soft flasks and a bladder - so much versatility. It can hold enough food for a 100 mile or all day adventure run and still feel comfortable. It stays balanced, fits snuggly without being uncomfortable, doesn't bounce, and has never caused chafing or any hotspots for me. It has zippered pockets to keep things secure, a special pouch in the front right pocket that is perfect for a Garmin InReach Mini, a cell phone pocket at the top of the back pouch that you can easily reach without taking the vest off. I love the two compartments in the back to separate dry clothes, food, or gear. Best running vest ever!

Chafing like a crazy

I want to say I love this vest, this is my second vest of this model. I don’t know what y’all changed but if you wanted it to be like sand paper against your skin you guys nailed it! Summer time is coming in Texas so I lost the shirt, 5 short miles and I’m left with scabs! My older vest didn’t do this, it will be hard to purchase another.

Great pack as long as you don't wear tanktops..

I bought this about a month ago and have done a few long runs in it. I love the amount of storage, it feels very secure, the water bottles sit nicely and the adjustable straws make drinking while on the go easy. The only thing is, that the inner fabric is pretty rough on your skin. I made the mistake of running in a tanktop for a few hours and the rough material rubbed by collarbone so much the skin opened and was bleeding. I've got a scar now. As long as you wear it with a t-shirt it's a nice pack. A bit bummed though because I've got some really intense summer runs planned.

Best vest yet!

I bought this after a friend recommended it (was in need of an upgrade). I can honestly say it is the best ultra purchase I have had right after shoes (because we all love our shoes)!

Just what I expected!

I had mt eye on this vest for some time.. the then price was in my price range. I ordered a XS, which fitted, but I wanted room for adjusting for winter layers. I replaced it with a size Sm and pefect.. I'm 5'4 and around 118lb. I love all the extra storage pockets.. perfect for my phone and I'm yet to try storing my bear spray as spring approaches in one of the side/back pockets. I love the wide band under the arms as it doesn't cut into your sides.. I had a UD Jenny vest for almost 8 years... it held up beautifully.. I feel this vest will last just as long as the quality material and it seems well made.. Look forward to running my 50km this year with it and 50 miler next year!

Too small

I went according to the size chart and it says i was a small. i just got it today and i put it on and it was way too small. i had the chest straps all the way out and still not close. Sizes run small.

Best pack ever

I love this pack! The pocket access while moving is great, and the little pouch behind the head is a nice feature. It’s perfect for stuffing gloves or a hat in, things you pull off while running that you may want to pop back on at some point without stopping. I really like the women’s water flasks despite the major difficulty of cutting the straws (or really, getting them back on after they’re cut). I think the drawstring closure in the front feels a little weak for me, I prefer the snap closures on the Osprey Dyna, but hopefully it holds up well because I really do love this pack.
