Litetrek I Tent: 1-Person 3-Season

Most solo backpacking tents also make great kites when the winds start to blow, with an exception to Salewa's Litetrek I Tent. This dead weight stays firmly planted on the campsite, with the ability to withstand winds as harsh as ninety kilometers an hour (tested by the Technical University of Munich). Despite being able to stay taught in winds that would blow you to the ground, the Litetrek only weighs a little over three pounds so you can easily hike with it packed in your backpack. Other features unique to Salewa's new tents include a vestibule that expands and detracts for more or less gear storage, and different door openings allow you to open or close the door's entire wall for versatile ventilation in less-windy and more sunny conditions.
