Inspired by the natural volcanic glass formed by rapidly cooling lava from Pacific Northwest volcanoes, the Gnawt-a-Rock is made with natural latex rubber, with a faceted, gum-massaging surface to help your dog have hours of fun. My dog loves it

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Weight:
62

My two year old, 62 lb German shepherd mix loves this toy He is a strong chewer, but this is holding up great so far, there is a little bit of a year at the opening to fill it, likely from being squeezed to put food and treats in, that tear showed up fairly early and hasn't progressed. He prefers to play with it over balls and his Kong. I feed him meals out of it to slow down his eating, it takes him about 5 minutes per 1/2 cup of kibble. It can hold 2 cups at a time.. When meal time is over he loves playing with it and will just carry it around. Putting treats too big that they can't fall out of the two holes that kibble falls out of makes for a longer lasting challenge that he loves! It is a bit bigger than expected, which for my larger dog was good, but for smaller dogs they may struggle to open their jaws enough to carry it and may primarily be pushed around. Which isn't necessarily bad. Stands up great to being put in the dishwasher to be cleaned, though my dog gets a bit annoyed that it's in the dishwasher, he'll sit in front of the dishwasher while it is getting cleaned.

Always Puzzling!

My dog, who is not food motivated, loves eating her breakfast out of this Gnawt-A-Rock. She's a gentle pup, so I can't speak to the durability, but we love it!

My dog loves this thing

My dog can't get enough of this. Load it up with some treats and she will push it around until she gets them all out and then continue playing with it for just enough time to continue to give me some peace and quiet! I use a mix of tiny training treats and some other larger treats broken up to keep her on her toes.
