Nice collar! Looks great on my Pup and chain hangs loose enough to not choke him, just direct him . He measured around 18-19 in around the neck, but I still went with a L to let him grow into it and we made it work.

My dog Moose is a handful on the leash. I wouldn't say this solved the problem but it fits perfectly and helps a bit when Moose guy pulls on the leash.

My super strong mutt waits for no one! Especially not me, he just yanks me along wherever he pleases. This collar has helped tremendously with all that. The partial chain provides the auditory cues for him to not pull as well as the slight cinching to reeeeally remind him if he gets a bit too rambunctious. I'd recommend this collar to anyone trying to train their dog out of pulling on their lead. An added benefit is that once you've trained them out of pulling, there is a separate lead attachment so you don't have to employ the cinching effect anymore. The color is amazing (got the meadow green for my handsome buddy) and I actually love that there isn't some plastic buckle to put this on your dog, you simply slide it over their head and tighten accordingly. Nothing to break here! For sizing reference: my pupper is a 65lb Lab/Husky Mix and the medium fits perfectly on him.

Great collar if you do not want to have a full chain collar, but need the control that a chain offers. It is also really easy to wash and drys quickly. So far it has held up really well on my 120 lb dog.

I had to get a second one for my recently adopted rescue. We are working on leash skills and this leash has been a tremendous help. She still pulls but is getting better from when I first brought her home. She had a rough beginning but we are making her future brighter!

Sizing Not Right

Sizing was too large and had to return a Medium, even after measuring. Sized down to a small. Still get some pulling with this collar and a bit annoying to get on and off.

Got it for my parents German Shepherd. That guy is S-T-R-O-N-G and is really difficult to take for a walk on leash. But since he is big, we prefer to use a leash sometimes when walking on more concurrent places. Got him this collar for training purposes, but ended up being his only one. It just looks cool :) As far as training, after adjusting to the proper width, I do see he pulls less (still strong, but less for his standards). I think by using this collar consistently he may actually learn to walk on a leash. I also like the fact that the collar has another attachment in case you don't want to use the chain.

I was a little hesitant at first but glad I went with this. She loved to pull and didnt really want to get her a full chain collar so gave this a shot. Since picking this up its night and day difference. My shoulder would hurt after a walk from all the pulling. At first it remained the same but even after the first walk with this I noticed a huge difference. Since then she will occasionally pull but it has been reduced dramatically. Would highly recommend.

Sometimes you have a dog that just really likes to hit the end of their leash. I am not necessarily a proponent of corporal punishment but sometimes if your pup is a puller they need a friendly check to keep them in line on the trail. This is a much better alternative to a full chain or prong collar which can pinch or worse.
