INspider Power Meter
Power meters changed the way we could train, but the maze of options for cranksets and power meter units can feel more harrowing than our hardest workouts. Rotor’s INspider Power Meter may finally ease the compatibility woes of power meters and cranksets with a spider that connects to any of Rotor’s current crank arm offerings. Whether road, mountain, or cyclocross, the INspider makes it simple to gather important metrics to guide training.
The internals of the power meter are the expert caliber components we count on from Rotor. Four strain gauges in opposing directions measure power with an accuracy within 1%, and the new ambient-calibration feature ensures data is accurate through atmospheric changes. The INspider features the same charging mechanism as previous iterations, with an ample 200hour battery life, plenty of time even if you forget to charge before the training camp. With an improved ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, your data precisely and quickly displays on your preferred head unit.
The INspider can be swapped between bikes, allowing you to use the same power meter across your fleet. Compatibility with 150 - 175mm crank arm lengths of any style make it accessible for a wider range of riders than ever. The spider works equally well with 1x and 2x drivetrains, with a 110 x 4 asymmetric bolt pattern. Paired with Rotor’s Aero Crown, the INspider looks sleek aids aerodynamics to lessen wind turbulence at the crankset.
