Like an order of nigiri at our favorite Japanese spot, this backcountry version of the XV Sushi LG comes with two pieces. Thanks to this splitboard's lightweight wood core and high-grip edge tech, swimming unreachable powder stashes is simpler than ever. Its wide, directional fish shape floats over deep surf and runout with equal agility, and the catch-resistant rocker tips let us carve, spin, and fly with confidence. Camber underfoot lets us soar and keeps us stable when we're diving at high speeds. Its medium flex is a touch more forgiving than other backcountry boards, making the climb a little smoother and the ride down immensely playful. Rossignol's L.I.T.E. technology integrates urethane into the frame and the core of the board, cutting down on weight and soaking up chatter as we explore the undiscovered.

Sushi rolls

Sushi rips!
This thing definitely isn’t your average board. Was a little cautious with the short tail, but once I got used to the geometry and weight, this thing ripped! Super fun and playful!
