As with many items when you look up your size, it may not fit. I usually take a size 9us in all brands. I could not get my foot in a size 9us this time. I returned the size 9us and ordered a size 10us. I could get my foot in but snug, Most likely the design. They did loosen up a little to make it more comfortable after wearing them. Just wear your ski socks, not real thick socks as you will need to go another size again.

Very comfortable, warm and good looking shoes. A must have before and after skiing.
