A biking backpack

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Well. Decided to write a review because it's pretty hard to find anything about this backpack. It was either this or some 10-15L hydration backpack from Osprey. After having this pack for a about a month and riding 2-3 a week I'm pretty happy with it. The nitpicky bad stuff: I fit a 2L bladder in there but there's really no good way to secure the nozzle that comes through the side and I end up sticking it in the shoulder pockets. With the 2L bladder, there's not that much room for space and it's like it separates it into 2 halves because the bladder is in the middle. I can usually fit my sweater in there and my wife's with some effort. If you load up this backpack with things the zippers are pretty hard to use and you need to squeeze the pack together in order to zip it up & at some times I feel like the seams want to rip but so far it hasn't. There isn't much stretch to the pack. What I like that I can think of right now: Pretty sturdy construction. Metal frame on the outside. It sits pretty well on the shoulders and even though my back is soaking wet at the end of the ride it's very breathable and I don't notice it all while riding. I was actually surprised to find my shirt wet because of how breathable it felt. Nice organizational pocket. My Crankbrothers Klic pump fits almost too perfectly along with my multitool and other goodies. The elastic mesh helmet strap is pretty awesome. Keeps all your gear together and if you make a stop somewhere it's great to be able to secure it well to your pack. I've only used it for biking but I'll be taking it with me to hikes and such. The waist strap is handy when traveling without the pack. I didn't like it on me with the pack because it's hard to access the pockets. But when I go on a short cruise I take the waist strap by it's self and it's like a fancy fanny pack. Buckles and straps are nicely made. Webbing is good quality. Overall, I'd recommend it to someone.
