If you fancy yourself an all-mountain charger, you’d be well suited to stick the RockShox Pike RCT3 DebonAir 140 Boost 27.5in Fork on your whip and charge up, down, and around whatever trails take your fancy. Its 5.5in of travel might seem small compared to most of today’s travel-happy enduro forks, but that relatively short stroke keeps the fork lightning fast on the climbs, and the highly tunable Charger 2 damper keeps things super smooth with plenty of adjustment options and an incredible ability to eat up small, fast bumps and track like a laser up and over root-riddled trail surfaces. Easy-to-install bottomless tokens prevent you from bottoming out, too, so you can ride the Pike RCT3 harder than its travel alone might suggest.

RockShox also upgraded to a DebonAir spring which, through some complicated hocus pocus, gives the Pike RCT3 a plusher feeling towards the top of its travel and more support through the middle of the stroke. This ensures that you’ll always have plenty of travel when you need it, even after long sections of ragged trail and high-speed small bumps, so you can make the best use of the increased stiffness of the fork’s new burly Boost axle.
