Almost a Perfect Jacket
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: Runs small
- Height: 6'2"
- Weight: 155lbs
This is a pretty excellent jacket to have on hand for the winter time. I've never owned any primaloft stuff before, and it's crazy how warm it is, and how light. It's also not as puffy as I expected (which is good, the cut is flattering and you don't look like a sleeping bag).
My only complaints are that the sleeves are short, but I have ridiculous skeleton arms so I can't get too mad. A Tall size would have been amazing though. It's also not stretchy at all, the fabric has no give. Which is ok but I'd love some flexibility.
The fact that it's reversible might be the coolest part, especially since the inside print looks so good. It's nice to be able to reverse it if you're going out and want to fancy it up a little. The only issue with that is the inside pockets aren't really insulated at all, so be prepared for cold hands unless you're wearing it with the black side out. The outside pockets though are nice and toasty. I also would have really appreciated a chest pocket or two.
Almost perfect though, packs down great. Roark, please make a tall size.

I wear this under my shell as well as everywhere else. The primaloft really keeps the warmth rating high!
