Gets the job done

- I've used it several times
I have used a lot of fishing forceps and these are pretty good, but are by no means the best. The handle is a little too oversized, making it hard to open very wide. The crosshatch is not designed well, it does not pinch leader to cinch knots very well. For the price, these are a great option.

Great for heavy leader and tying!

Heavy gauge tippet requires you to have good cutting tools and snips are just not enough to get the job done. I recommend these scissors for both tying up big game leaders and cutting through up to 50 lbs shock tippet as well as being great for shaping deer hair while fly tying.
