Longer days mean more time on the water, and now that things are starting to warm up you can trade your fullsuit for the freedom and flexibility of the Rip Curl Women's Dawn Patrol 2/3 Long-Sleeve Spring Wetsuit. Ideal for water temps in the upper 60s or low 70s, this mild-water wetsuit keeps you warm and flexible with 2mm E5 Ultralite neoprene. E-Stitch stretch seams minimize water penetration without limiting mobility, and mesh leg seals lock down the leg openings at mid-thigh. The suit's zipper features a batwing panel at the neck that protects against flushing, keeping the cold water out and the warm in.

Nice suit, ok fit

I ordered this and the O?Neill Bahia L/S back zip spring suit to compare, and ended up keeping the O?Neill. Both have a high quality look and feel. Compared to the Bahia, the Dawn Patrol suit has some nice touches, like snugger leg bands, a smooth leather-like collar, and a cleaner looking back zip. I found Dawn Patrol material more sponge-like; the Bahia is softer and stretchier. I didn?t like the multiple large logos on the Dawn Patrol. What ultimately made up my mind is the fit?wetsuit brands fit differently, and the Bahia fit close to my body. The Dawn Patrol left an air pocket in the small of my back. I?m 5?0?, 124lbs, 32B, 27? waist and 36? hips. The 6 fit me for both, and I?m a petite 6 in street clothes. I also fit Xcel suits in 6 if that helps. I use the spring suit for swimming in Lake Michigan when the water temp dips to 72F, and I found it easy to move in for my 30min swim.
