    Lasso Boa Snowboard Boot

Wrangling Ride's best features into one hard-charging boot, the Ride Lasso Boa Men's Snowboard Boot is bred for sending cliffs into deep powder, slashing turns in tree runs, and sending the park's biggest jumps. The boot's medium flex, leaning slightly towards stiff, provides all the control and precision desired for conquering natural terrain and bigger freestyle features in the park.

The Boa Coiler customizes the shell's tightness to offer an ideal blend of support and response with the quick turn of a dial. Cinching down over your ankle, the Boa Tongue Tied prevents heel lift during high-speed carves, resulting in better response and control with less fatigue. Both dials release quickly for easy removal when you get back to the lodge after riding all day. Preventing pressure points, The Closure Lace Guide evenly distributes pressure from the wire lacing to alleviate painful hot spots. This lacing guide is unique to Ride Boots with Boa systems, maximizing comfort where other Boa boots fall short. A Michelin Summit outsole provides extra durability and aggressive traction with a lightweight feel when you're hiking to fresh lines and climbing snowy peaks.

Great boot with strong heel hold

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Best aspect of the boot is the heel hold. I loved the way one of the boa coils will pull your foot into the back of the boot. The boot feels like a medium stiffness. They are stiffer than my 32 lashed. They are not as stiff as my old k2 maysis but those are 5 years old and k2 have probably changed the way they feel.
I wear a size 9.5 and have a normal width. The fit of the boot can be a problem for some people because of a roomy toe box. The padding doesn't compress my toes. I almost returned them to size down but the length is perfect. After riding a few days, I was able to adjust to it. I feel the best fit would be for a person with a wide foot. A person who is normal width can wear it because the heel hold is very good and compensates for the bigger than average toe box.
I have not done any hikes in them.

Great all mountain boots. Double boa helps keep that heel pressed hard down to the sole of the boot. Great in the park. Great on the traverse. Great walking back to the car. I'll let you know how the boots wear over time but for now they are an excellent addition to A great resort and powder setup.
