    Go deep.

Redington designed its Sonic-Pro Men's Wader for the angler that spends upwards of ten hours a day fishing for everything from wild steelhead, salmon, and trout. The Sonic-Pro may be simple by design, but that's not to say it isn't built to withstand the harshest fishing environments you'll encounter. For starters, Redington used a four-layer fabric that is waterproof and breathable and used SonicWeld seams for added protection against the kind of leaks traditional taped seams can produce. Integrated neoprene booties and reinforced lower legs protect against debris both in and out of the water, and the chest-high design allows you to wade a bit deeper during river crossings and when fishing those hard-to-reach seams. The addition of an adjustable waist belt and suspenders allow you to make quick adjustments to the fit as you start to lose that winter weight you tacked on sipping porters and tying PMDs.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These waders are inexpensive, simply yet keep water out and keep you warm! I have put these through the wringer and also have a backup pair of these for friends to use. Best value waders on the market!

    Great Waders

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought these for my husband and he says they do exactly what waders are suppose to do, keep you dry while fishing. :) He says they are comfortable and they run true to size.

    Ideal Waders

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The redding ton sonic pro waders filled my expectations completely. They fit true to size, and are very comfortable/easy to use. The external and internal pockets are great and seem to be completely water proof. They also come in a very portable mesh bag which is nice to have!

    Perfect wader

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I got these waders as a gift for a friend who was still wearing old school neoprene waders. These waders are lightweight and great for summer fishing. No complaints from my buddy so far.

    Fit like a glove

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased these waders for my boyfriend. He's 6'2" and wears a size 13 shoe - purchased size Large (12-13) and they fit like a glove. He had these exact waders for the past 7 seasons and they treated him very well.

    Redington Sonic Pro waders

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bought these waders as a backup pair and for my friends to use. This are very light weight and have many attachments for tools and flyboxes. Haven't had any issues with leaks.

    Excellent Waders

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 165lbs

I was a little worried about their lack of pockets, but I've come to realize I (and I think this applies to most people) rarely use wader pockets anyways. I've was also hesitant to buy anything but gore-tex, but the lack of leakiness has proven me right in trusting these waders. Absolutely love them.

    • Fit: True to size

These waders rock! They are super durable, so much so that I don't even flinch when trekking through the brush. The fit is great, just make sure to get your upper measurement correct! The flip out tool kit is great and makes it possible to fish without a pack or vest on short outings!

    Epically Durable and Comfortable

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I have had these waders for 3 years now and the amount of abuse they have survived is astonishing. They have even survived a 3 hour walk through terrain that a mountain goat could not conquer, which saw me break my rod and net! (the things we do to find epic low pressure locations!!). In winter these have preformed very well with the felt pockets especially a welcome feature. The sealed pocket in the front has saved my car keys and phone on a number of occasions (time to move to felt soles?) and overall these have performed flawlessly when friends have had to replace their waders after a single season. After 3 years of backcountry death marches, these are still going strong and once they finally succumb to the abuse I will definitely be replacing them with the exact same wader.

    Great Waders

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

My first impression of these waders was comfort. After I did a few down dogs I realized that no seams blew out and with the design they used I doubt I’ll get leaks. The reinforced section on the lower leg is killer for pushing through brush and not having to worry about a tear. The fit is spot on, a slim fit through the legs so keep that in mind. The fleece lined pocket is great for those cold conditions BWOs thrive in. Flip out pocket is even better for not lugging a pack with you to every hole. With a lanyard for gink, nippers, and forceps I am able to fit all the other necessities without any overloaded pockets. Great waders and I’m hoping to make them last many more years.

I have about 15 days so far with these waders and I love them. I have the Medium Longs and I think its a great fit.. I'm 5'11" 190 lbs. and they still leave me enough room for some layering in the winter. The hand warmer pocket has been great in the winter too.

    Thug life.

These waders are awesome. I have seen so many people enjoy these. Especially when it comes to the durability and footprint. These were a gift but I have some feedback for y'all...

"The size is perfect following the size guide. I love 'em. The only thing I would add is something I loved on my hodgman's is a flip pocket that had a spot to store fly's with the pad. "

Over - Under - All around the bomb!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Can you say the! These babies are water tight and leave you able to move like a yoga instructor gone manic. I am 6' and 180 lbs and the medium fit is oh so nice. I was on the river last weekend in the blowing snow and took a couple of bad spills boulder hopping icy rocks, and the sonics were sound, not to mention they helped put me on the big browns! I was surprised at the abuse they took without even showing signs of mis-steps. The fit is snug when layered up(wore a capaline layer, fishing shirt, fleece and a sofshell under the waiters), but felt no restriction in movement. The reinforced knees and butt are key for the true adventure seeker. If you are rock hopping on the river and are not scared to jump that barbed wire fence, then look no further - these are the digs for you. I am super psyched on the Sonic!!!
