Rover 6in Boot

Given that Red Wing Heritage's legacy of boot making is rooted in the factory as much as the field, it's no surprise it named the Men's Rover Boot after the nickname given to machine operators in early 20th century cotton mills. This handsome work boot is as comfortable as it is rugged thanks to gorgeous American-crafted Rough & Tough leather, a Cushion Crepe sole, and Goodyear welt construction. First introduced to Red Wing Heritage's work boots in 1953, the Cushion Crepe sole absorbs shock while offering traction on a variety of surfaces.

  • Timeless work boot that's rugged and comfy
  • Leather produced in Red Wing's USA tannery
  • Cushion Crepe sole absorbs shock for traction
  • Speed hooks allow for easy in and out
  • Puritan triple stitch adds classic style and durability
  • Goodyear welt construction for toughness and style

New Rover!

Super clean version of a round toe.

Super easy break in

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

So I just got my first pair and this outsole makes the break in process MUCH easier. I was good out of the box. It took a shoe horn to slip them on as usual but felt great!

Great looking boots and the quality is felt right out of the box. The only complaint is these boots need a pull tab on the back. I have a medium width foot and the width was on and the length was right but really hard to get on. Going to take some time to break in but I'll update once I get some miles on them.

Yeah you're totally right about that! The leather is stiff to start and a shoe horn would help make that much easier to slip on.

New style!

I've used it several times

Hyped on the Rover style. The round toe has always been a favorite, now with a cleaner outsole it will be a top seller! I really like the addition of a cream outsole with the Copper leather.
