Troubling buying experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 3 attempts to get me the glasses. The first two shipments just had an empty case but no actual sunglasses. The final shipment had used sunglasses apparently from a display case. Pretty upsetting experience. I usually am a fan of the brand so not sure what to think
