Cinch BB92

The Race Face Cinch BB92 Bottom Bracket is an ingenious solution to fitting Race Face's Next SL crankset to your bike with a Shimano BB92 shell. Realizing the BB92 standard accommodates a 24-millimeter spindle, the engineering gurus at Race Face use 19 custom ball bearings to increase strength, which is essential since the jump to the Next SL Crankset's 30-millimeter spindle leaves less room for the bearing. And since less clearance could be detrimental to durability, the increase to 19 bearings ensures robust performance, without any sacrifice in overall strength. Moreover, it's filled with Phil Wood bearing grease for reduced friction. There's also a plastic inner sleeve to protect the bearings from the intrusion of outside moisture from working into the bottom bracket shell.

Get the Enduro bearings instead

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I replaced my enduro double row bearings with these single row bearings. The endouros lasted me well over a year of punishment. These lasted 2 rides before I could feel the creaking with every pedal stroke. It's a pain to replace these so next time I'll get some better quality bearings.
