Quality but small

These are high quality, well-made tights. I am a medium with a 32 waist and 32 inseam. They run a little small in the waist. And threads tear in the waistband when pulled up over my hips. You can also tell from the product images that they are low rise (probably an inch or two lower than I would prefer).
