Not really noticable in terms of warmth

As a cyclist who hates cycling indoors, keeping warm and safe riding outside in the cold is very important. I have a good waterproof pair of winter gloves from a specialist well know cycle brand but suffer from cold at the very tips. Buying a pair of warm undergloves seemed like the answer... slipped them on under the gloves and set off in -3... inside 30 minutes my fingers were completely frozen and I had to turn for home. As a fan of RAB with many items, I checked that i had bought the correct items and was supprised to see on the packaging a thermal rating of 1... out of what I know not but I would say buy to absorb sweat but sadly not if you want to get warmer fingers.

Bought for husband who suffers

Bought for husband who suffers from white finger / raynauds. He loves them and either where’s them on their own for ‘fresh’ days or under the storm mitts when he’s cycling or if it’s really old for an added layer of protection. Highly recommend.

I have large hands so

I have large hands so was happy that the gloves came in an xxl. They fit really well are a soft and stretchy material and make a great liner in a number of gloves I have. I have mainly used them under my motorcycle gloves and have found them to have given my hands an extra level of warmth which now makes my hour long morning commute in winter more bearable.
