    Warm, versatile, and lightweight.

The merino-wool blend of the Rab PrimaLoft Knit Gloves offers welcome relief from icy winter weather when you wear them beneath your shell gloves on the mountain or on their own when you're shoveling the driveway or racking up before an alpine climb. When you're done, you can snap a quick photo of the dramatic summit or clean driveway thanks to the touchscreen compatible thumb and fingers.

    Hands sweat, wool shrinks

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Warm when wet is the great part of wool, but apparently these shrink (a whole lot actually). I wore them as liners for my ice climbing gloves. My hands sweat when I climb and after a few days of climbing these shrank enough that I can't wear them any more.

I gave them to my girlfriend so I guess that's a plus.

The touchscreen digits don't work anymore so I guess that's another minus.

    Snags easily, but comfortable, warm-ish

I don't recommend these if you're looking for something insanely durable or super warm. These gloves are slightly above average in both of those categories. The touchscreen compatibility is nice though and they're a decent option. I like the wool / primaloft blended material.
