Bought this for my daughter it’s a great fit And definitely water proof ,she loves it for her commute to work

The sizing is way off.
The sizing is way off. I am a size 10-12, I ordered a 14 for a bit of room and couldn’t do it up! If you are actually a size 16 Rab clothes won’t fit you. Did you know that 49% of British women are size 16 or over.

I like this jacket very
I like this jacket very much, good deep pockets, great hood and it really keeps out the wind. Not tried in the rain yet! The zip is a bit fiddly but that's my only criticism. I love that it's made of recycled material and the while ethos of the company. Good colour.

Totally happy with my new
Totally happy with my new Rab Eco rain jacket. Out in the rain all day today but completely dry inside my new jacket. It's a great fit with plenty of room for layering up in cold weather. Love the colour too and packs away small and light for carrying.

Absolutely love this coat, so
Absolutely love this coat, so warm yet you never overheat. Very light and easy to wear. I dropped a star because it has no hanging hook, which is quite annoying.

Great jacket, does what it
Great jacket, does what it says on the tin! Am using it to cycle with and it keeps the cold air from going through me really well, while the option to unzip the sleeves means I don't overheat when it's warmer. Hood takes some getting used to as it's very close-fitted but for once is a hood that does its job.

Perfect over Down jacket in Winter and on its own in Summer downpours
I bought a size up so that it fits comfortably over my RAB down jacket without feeling "straight jacketed". Covers whole of my down jacket and is absolutely waterproof, even when rain is blowing sideways, hood stays in place without having to hold onto it. I love the longer sleeves, In heavy rain I unfasten the velcro wrists so that the long sleeves cover my gloves, keeping them dry. When hiking I walk quickly so the armpit vents are perfect (my previous waterproof didn't have those so I used to get wet on the inside from yucky sweat - this new jacket is a better design, no sweat problem so I stay perfectly dry). I chose boring black because I also wear the jacket for the train into London to work, looks smart enough for the office and is small/light enough to squash into my laptop bag. This is my perfect jacket for work and play!

Great coat so far. It's
Great coat so far. It's light, a nice colour and packs away very easily and neatly. Got caught in a heavy shower and it kept my top half fully dry for the 15 minute walk home. Only downside for me is the high price and that it's a little tight across the chest if I have layers on.

Not Waterproof
I'm really disappointed in this jacket, I've now had two both of them have let rain in. First jacket was worn for an hour in light to moderate rain, it was deemed to be faulty. Brought a second thinking it was a one off but no next one worn for no more than 5 mins in moderate rain it was wet inside. So annoying because there are not many size 6 waterproof jackets out there, it fitted well, long sleeves and looked great on and could easily wear layers underneath.
