Horrible customer service
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I purchased these bibs a few months ago and was willing to take the hit on the high price because I figured it was quality gear. I have had them for 2 months and there is a rip in the crotch. Quicksilver will not get pack to me on any type of warranty so now I am stuck with a $700 pair of bibs with a hole in the crotch. Don’t buy these simply for the fact that the customer service is terrible. Backcountry didn’t do anything about it either. They simply just punted it to Quicksilver.
