been wearing theses pretty heavily since i got them. Hiked really well in them. did abit of construction, demolition, and pretty avidly in retail. I thought that these wouldnt last- that the seems would burst but i have been very impressed at the quality. i expected a good pair of shoes that i intended to use lightly but these are awesome. They are a slight bit narrow but otherwise, right there. Still waterproof.

Couldn't test them out because apparently XL does not mean XL. I think they're a European brand, which if I knew, I wouldn't have purchased because the sizing is too small. Wanted to try because I thought the wool silk blend would add better durability compared to other wool blends. Handed them off to someone else who doesn't have any feedback yet. Can't give them any stars yet.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I saw this set and the set from Snow Peak. They looked nearly identical from the pictures... so how do you figure out the difference? get both sets! I gifted the MSR, because it was cheaper.. The MSR was about the right size and shape that i was looking for. But it seemed a bit flimsy, and the packaging was cheep(not that packaging affects performance).

most comfortable undies ive had. fits great. ordered another pair. not sure what the big tag is doing in front there. had the Minus 33 ones- wore out quickly. docked the star because as much hiking and different temps ive been through, still not entire sure about durability but the bigger reason is no fly! i still suggest it when on sale only!

ordered the arcteryx a2b shirt as well- not so impressive. fit was good, material felt weird, funny smell when you sweat. slid down some smooth rock and put some small holes in the back. this i dont recommend..

was excited to get something with fjallraven g1000. pulled them out of the box and besides the chestnut color(on sale), i noticed the weight- very light. fabric felt durable but light. if i was going on a trip and was worried about weight, i would try to get something in this material. Raw length doesnt bother me(whatever). stitching is too artsy- double and single stitches....why not triple stitch?articulated knees but no gusseted crotch? i thought it was a mid-rise, nope- low rise. i cant really complain for the $72 i spent but i wouldnt recommend. maybe their other pants are better..
