Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Had the 1.0 version of the Chips which worked well enough. I ended up upgrading to the 2.0 Chips primarily for the walkie talkie feature which requires an ODT Audio app to use. The app is horrible and doesn't work the way it should (and ODT knows this) which makes the walkie talkie feature unusable.
If you're buying them primarily for use with your cell phone to make calls, it works well enough (not worth an upgrade from the 1.0 version, in my opinion). If you're buying them for music, they don't sound all that great--a bit tinny particularly for the size. If you're buying them for the walkie talkie feature, don't waste your money--it doesn't work with the latest app version (read the reviews on the App Store--you'll find mostly 1 star reviews related to the walkie talkie feature).
I had such high hopes for this.
