2 kids with about 40 days of learning skiing and snowboarding.. so lots of wear...
many different temperature ranges... they wear with a capilene baselayer and have never complained about the cold...
really well made, very durable, as good as any adult design... have been washed many times with no issues...

I wanted to write just to counteract the reviews that say the leather on the palm isn't durable. I have had for 4 seasons. Yes if you pick up your skis by the edges, you may leave a mark on the palm -- but NikWax used regularly keeps the leather soft and supple and the marks fade. The only downside is that after 4 seasons they are not as warm as they were. I am going to get the GTX model, as the rest of the family has these and I believe its worth the upgrade. I am keeping these for the warmer days and expect that they would last another 4 seasons of regular use.

These pants fit great and are very comfortable. They are lighter than the ones from previous years and offer more stretch. The reason I prefer the older version is that the material is warmer, tougher and more durable. These are more comfortable in warmer temps.

THis is an awesome belt. However, it has more of a rugged tool belt type of feel.
It does come long, but you can cut it to customize it, just use a match on the end to melt the fibers.
I have been able to fit through these different brands of pants/jeans/ski gear
Burton, Marmot, Black Crows (ski gear); 7 for all Mankind, Hudson, Kuhl, Black Diamond, Mountain Hardwear (pants).

These are awesome. I would say they are a bit on the long side. I’m 6’2” 205 and the XL is great in the waist and bib, but a bit long . My only negative issue is where the bibs and the pants meet, it tends to open up with use. If any product people are out there... they need some hooks to attach the bibs to the zipper and buttons on the pants... the only other minor negative is that there is only 1 zippered front pocket... other than that I give them a 5 stars...

Got a size 10 for my wife and there was no issue about being too short. I would say the fit was right on. Super comfortable when trying on. Was trying to decide betwen this and the Descente Tracie Pant . Ultimately the Tracie pant was rated at 20k/20k wehere this was only 20k/10k and the Descente had a little more insulation and had a higher waist band in the back which would protect more in deep snow. Although I suppose if you are wearing Bogner, deep powder might not be a problem. Ultimately this is a very fashionable and appears well made.
