Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I used the watch for 7 days on Kilimanjaro, setting the watch's altimeter starting every day at known elevation points. At the end of each day, at known elevation points, it was any where from 200 - 300 feet off target. As a watch, and functions other than as an altimeter, it was fine. Easy to read at night (huddled in a sleeping bag) and during the day. The battery life as excellent as far as I could tell.
