Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: True to size

Got this for a layering system when I go out into the
wilds. Seemed to fit OK, tru to size. But returned it
immediately because it looked awful and felt bunchy
around the armpits shoulder edge region

Nice layer. Thinner than I was expecting. Fits nicely
to my size, so I guess its true to size. I would like to wear
a thicker layer underneath, but then the back portion gets
tight. The cuffs are close to the wrist and sleeves are the right length. Pocket zippers are 1/4 in to 1/2 in deep
inset so the toggles are hard to reach. Otherwise it's a great
layer for the outdoors or when I go skiing.

I bought these as a gift for my wife. She really likes the brand
and is planning on using them for running when the weather
gets better(too much snow and ice). She said they're comfortable and loves the cushioning in the soles.

Nice Jacket, keeps one nice and warm. Pockets are deep.
don't really use the inside pockets, but large for map storage. Seemed to have flat spots in the down, but they puffed up. Cuffs are loose around the wrist. It seemed to fit true to size, not larger like in the old days. I was a bit concerned about small areas being bunchy on the horizontal seams or bottom of chest pocket, but I guess I
can live with it(see product photo).

I got this to replace an old Marmot Down Jacket.
Fits true to size, sleeve lengths were ok. Love the blue.
Don't care much for the stuff sack. A bit disappointed with the the thickness. Seems very thin, more like a sweater layer. Cuffs would curl
under, which began to bother me. I don't understand how this could keep you toasty unless you're active. Sitting around, I still needed more layers than I was expecting to keep warm. Not that impressed, but keeping it to supplement my layer system.

Nice little unit to carry to the crags where power drills
are "verboten" . Sure it takes a bit of work to make one hole,
but the product is light, fits well, and functions as to directions. A bit awkward getting the SDS bit it .

Bought this as a boldering supplement. I knew it was non-foldable, can't really attach to a backpack to carry. You need to use the handle. Way too stiff, hard as board. I love the exterior and thought I could replace the cell foam. Zipper tab is hard to reach. Broke the zipper trying to pull the foam out. Why put one in, when it's not functional?I would feel guilty returning it. So I'm going to try and get it modified, making it more fold-able and with a softer cell foam.

I bought these Hoka One One Mid Trekkers for my wife. She complains that she doesn’t have as much padding on the balls of her feet as she used to have and would like more cushioning in her hiking shoes. She has a wide toe box and narrow heel. The Hoka One One is the perfect answer to her problem. The fit seems a bit larger/longer than other brands such as Merrell or La Sportiva. She tried both the low and mid-rise hikers. The low-rise felt too big and there was too much heel lift. With the mid rise, there was no heel lift, and there was plenty of space in the toe box. The tread is beefy and worked well with dirt and scree trails as well as for scrambling over talus and smearing on slabs. Highly recommend as a lightweight, sturdy, and supportive hiking shoe.

I bought the Lithia skirt for my wife to replace one she lost. She is 5’0” 105 lb and usually wears a size XS. The Lithia XS was a little to snug, but the S was perfect. The length hits a little above the knee, and there is plenty of room to wear over yoga shorts, or eat a large Italian dinner comfortably. The only gripe she has is that backcountry.com does not stock a very large variety of patterns; and she loves the dress so much, she purchased different available prints at a “competitor’s” store.

I bought this for my wife, and she finds the Oboz are very comfortable and supportive for hiking on rocky or
uneven trails. She thought the toe box which might be too wide, but in actuality they were just right when having to step harder than usual. She likes them a lot and think
they look good with a skirt too! I did good. Woo-hoo!

This a great supplement to your work out routine.Easy to set up anywhere. I have mine attached to the outside garage
roof, using eyebolts fastened to the roof joists. Then using a carabiner to clip. Works out help reduce elbow injury by rotation of the cord. The Finger holds are confortable for
average hands and deeper than expected. There were no instructions for set up(optimum position for shoulders) and no workout instructions. But work out routines can be found online at their website.

Nice rope,Feels great and handles well. It seemed to get
dirty pretty fast, after two outings and using a rope bag.
I was kind of bothered by the center markings. After the rope got dirty it was hard to distinguish the middle. A more pronounce weave pattern would be great. The extra fibers used to find the center always bothered me when belaying. I can see it's benefit when rope handling or repelling in the dark. But the extra fibers started to fray after a few days of climbing on granite. This started to bother me a lot. The next rope I buy will have a smooth center.

I bought these shoes for my wife, because they're pretty
similar to the one's she needs to replace. Much lighter than her old shoes.Nice heavy tread. Shoes fit to size. But the
tongue is not as well padded, causing pain issues.Had to return.

Mammut is one of my favorite ropes. I bought this rope because of the middle mark design, but was disappointed. I know how dirty ropes can get and the single black and white strand is just not enough contrast for a middle mark. I'll be going back to a Mammut duodess , bi color weave design, where at a glance you'll know the center. I returned the rope immediately.

The Lezyne Super GPS is a great bike computer. for the price it gives a lot of bang for its buck. Set up on the bike was easy. Toggling through the computer for set-up and stats was initially a bit cumbersome, but easy to figure out. Uploading information to Strava is a cinch. I would highly recommend this computer to my friends!

Excellent little shovel.Breaks down easily into two pieces.
The handle length is short enough to fit nicely into my ski pack with out pushing against the zipper. The blade is
narrow enough and fits well width wise. Initially I thought
it would be too short after assembly to handle well, but was proven wrong when I used it on large snow pile. T-handle is comfortable with or without gloves. Accidentally ordered
the shark tooth version, not sure if that will come in handy for ice(?)or whatever. But did really well digging a snow pit.

I 've had a tall one, and now I got the 12oz. They're pretty nice, keep things cold. I use the small one as a milk container for my daily allotment of cereal at work. The tall one for coffee. Both keep temps pretty adequately, but they don't take abuse. I had to return one, because it arrived dented. They do dent easily, and the powder coat finish does chip. My older one, the finish is starting to wear, where I daily place into my cup holder. I'm pretty careful how I handle it, but the bottom edge is chipping. Not designed to knock around or throw into a backpack.

This is my go-to water bottle. Finally had to replace
an older one whose lid melted on the heating element in the dishwasher. What can I say? BPA FREE! Standard mouth size
for water purifiers. Holds 750ml of wine. Survives well in the
freezer when making drink concoctions or infusing Vodka.
