Fit: Runs small
Size Purchased: XL

I am 6'0" 190 lbs with average size arms. I first ordered the L and could barely get it on. It was even tight on my wife, who weighs 125 lbs. I then tried the XL which was still tight on me. I'd think Castelli could give biceps size in their sizing chart, everything else is a waste of time. If you order anything from Castelli, from my experience with their products, order up at least TWO sizes from your usual size, and keep your fingers crossed.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 190 lbs
Size Purchased: XL

Ordered the XL. I'm 190 lbs, 6'0". 38" waist. Not a huge person. Usually wear an XL or L in bike shorts or tights. But this XL was extremely tight. I'm returning for an XXL. I hope that's cut significantly larger. (But won't be shocked if I have to go up to the 3XL.) These do seem like they'll be very warm for riding in the 40's down to at least the mid-30's.

I'm 6'0", 190 lbs. 38" waist, average to slightly large thighs. I usually wear either an XL or L in riding shorts or tights. I was advised to order this item in XXL, which was extremely tight. I returned them for 3XL. Even the 3XL was too small. I tried a couple of hour rides, but the tight dug in at the crotch on every stroke. If you weigh over 180, unless you are tall and slim, look for another item. I know Castillo has a reputation for running small, but this was ridiculously small. Too bad - it's a really nice tight, if it fits you.
