Familiarity: I've used it several times
I purchased these sunglasses for the lense technology. Style, fit, and comfort were also important. This product has satisfied me in all of the above. They look great and do an excellent job bringing out the colors (filtering) and reducing glare (polarization). So far so good (1 month). I did not like the internal soft case because it would leave lint, dust or other particles on the lense, so I don't use it anymore. I purchased a generic cloth at the local grocery store for $1 and it by far exceeds the cleaning/polishing performance of the internal soft case provided with these sunglasses. Personally, I insist on having clean and clear lenses all the time and I have found that keeping these sunglasses in that condition requires a bit of effort as the polycarbonate lenses seem to be high maintenance when it comes to keeping them clean. OVERALL, I am quite satisfied with this product. I will note too that I returned the external case (made in china) because it had a defect in the zipper. Backcountry exceeded my expectations with handling the return/exchange.
