This is the jacket that got me hooked on Fjallraven. It has a look that really stands out from all the synthetic looking shells and puffy jackets out there. The aesthetics definitely drew me to the jacket but it was it was its durability and versatility that has made me a fan. I wear it year round, in the summer to keep the wind off and in the cooler months I wear it more like a shell and iron it just a bit of wax to make it warmer and keep moisture off.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She is not a huge fan of down but was sucked in by how good this jacket looks and details like the pocket that give it a more unique look. We were both really please when we read about Fjallraven's down promise and the quality of the down that is used. The fit was on the mark she is 5'7 with a slim build and it looked great on.

I am a huge fan of simple purpose built product and this pack fits the bill. I recently took it on an international trip and was really pleased with the simplicity of it. Things did not get lost or misplaced in an unnecessary hidden pocket. Also really please with the look of the pack. It has an more premium look and the fabric had a distressed vibe that makes me think it will age well. I bought the acorn color that was a bit out of my comfort zone but ended up going well with everything.

I bought this in charcoal and have found myself wearing it all the time. Not too thick for indoor use and regulates temp extremely well when wearing it as a layer in colder weather. I have also found it travels well, it fit the bill when hiking on a cool afternoon, zip neck enabled some venting for comfort and also looked dressed up enough for when we went to dinner that evening. I am 5'11" and ~ 190lb. bought the large and feel like the fit is true.

I read about the Fjallraven down promise after buying a down coat from them and if you get a chance check it out on Youtube - it was a deciding factor for me going this route. Other wise, great finished bag, all the details are top of line, fabric has a very high quality feel and fit was spot on.

I was hesitant to pay this much for a sweat shirt, but having not been disappointed with Fjallraven to date I gave it a try and yes, in my opinion it was worth it. You can tell the second you hold it in your hands you have a quality item, there is more weight to the garment and the terry loops feel great. I originally tried to wear this on nicer occasions but found myself wearing it all the time often ending up in situations where it was hammered on and the product really held up. I do agree with other reviewers on size. I went with a medium and I usually wear a large.

I have a bunch of mid-layers but this last winter did me in and I was ready to just get something that I knew I would be warm in. This solved the issued. I am 5' 11" 190lb. I bought a large and am pleased. I find that I often am wearing another mid-layer or jacket when I decide I am cold so I like a bit of extra room to go over everything. Pockets and chin area are lined in a micro fleece that helps with feeling warm. I know cold is relative however, I do live at 8200 in Colorado and feel like anything more would just be too much. The other item I considered when buying this jacket is Fjallraven's down promise. If you get a chance look it up on Youtube, personally is makes a difference to me how ethically animals are treated in the process.

I recently bought this for my daughter for BTS. Functionally it worked perfect with her 13" mac book, the size was not too big keeping her organized and not over loaded and a mess. Style wise I won, since it is a popular bag, finding an artist series made for a more meaningful and unique gift.

Versatile Office / Trail pack

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The need was for something that had all the organization of a typical laptop compatible back pack with out looking like I had a kids back-to-school back pack on. The Raven fit the need with great organization but having a more organic / outdoor feel with the G-1000 fabric vs. the typical nylon packs that are out there. Over the year I have had this pack it has faded slightly which I think gives it a great look and feels more personalized.

I keep going back to this pant. I bought in the dusk color way which I was concerned with but have found to be extremely versatile. The fit is comfortable, is uses G-1000 which I have appreciated in other FJ pants I have owned as a technical fabric but it's casual look has me wearing them several times a week. For me the pant fits in the "I want to be casual but if I get an opportunity to do something outside I want to be prepared" pant.

I was skeptical of these due to the price, however once trying them on I was instantly impressed with what felt like a 3D fit. Stretch where you need it and reinforced with durable fabric where needed. Add the flexibility of being able to wax these to the weather you want and these are on the top of my favorite list. fit is comfortable and true. I'm 5'11" and between 185 - and 190lbs.

My title is a bit limiting as these are actually my favorite shorts of all time. Though it was on a long vacation that I fell in love with them. I travelled for two weeks with limited access to laundry and when I could wash there was rarely a dryer. Though I packed several shorts these were always the go to. They had a enough stretch to hike and be active in but a clean enough look that if you paired with a nicer shirt you could pull of a decent restaurant. Fabric stayed clean, easily shed dirt never looked wrinkled. I am somewhat surprised that so many who reviewed said they ran big. I typically wear a 34 and the size 50 (33-34) was a great fit.

This has become my go to spring jacket due to it's packability and versatility. No matter how nice the day starts, when in the Rockies in the spring you have to have a "plan B". This jacket packs tight enough to easily have at all times. This small and light of a jacket is typically like wearing a trash bag for breathability. This one however has merino in all the key areas to keep you comfortable even if you going at it. I also like the merino in the hood, adds a bit of warmth and keeps it quiet when the wind is blowing. I am 5'11", weigh 195 and a large fits well.

I have purchased several jackets like this in the past that look great for travel, super light and packable but lack in breathability. The main fabric of this jacket is not breathable however they have used merino wool in areas where you need it the most, arm pits, and back. I also really liked the air channels in the shoulders that allowed air to flow in with out allowing too much weather in. I am 5'11" and 190 pounds and a large fit me fine.

I have not worn a vest in a while but now that I have this one from Smartwool I have found myself wearing it all the time. Has been super versatile with the varying temps this fall. Size was true for me, I wear a large in most active brands.
