Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Whether it's flying across the country or going on a weekend camping trip, this no-frills bag does it all. It fits everything I need for up to a weeks worth of traveling, is incredibly durable, and fits anywhere you need to put it (e.g. Airplane carry on, etc.)

My only complaint is that the shoulder strap isn't the most comfortable, but it does the job just fine.

The best pair of bib shorts I've seen so far at this price point. I've ridden 500+ miles in them so far, and they've been incredible comfortable and form fitting right out of the box.

The only complaint is that I'm starting to see some wear at the points where the bib shorts contact the seat. It's nothing major, and it's about what you'd expect of shorts around this price point.

This harness does exactly what you'd expect, and it does it well. I've spent the past two years climbing both indoors and out, and it shows hardly any signs of wear or deterioration.

The only drawback is that it's a bit more heavy/bulky when it comes to transporting it, compared to some other more portable harnesses. But at this price-point, the quality and comfort make up for any small drawbacks.

Great device that make's belaying exponentially easier, and safer! As mentioned in the other reviews, the anti-panic triggering is incredibly sensitive. It's oven triggered when belaying fairly slowly and takes a while to find the sweet spot.

That being said, it's still an incredible device that no climber should ever be without.

These are easily the most comfortable climbing shoe's I've ever owned. Before these I just assumed it was normal to throw off your shoes between routes to give your feat a break. I can climb in and wear these shoes all day, without ever even thinking about taking them off. After using them for almost a year, they surprisingly still have the same incredible smearing ability that they had right out of the box!

Note: Your feed will be stained red after a hard climbing session for at least the first few months of wearing the shoes. They're still well worth it though, and the dye comes off easily in the shower!

Overall a great flannel that's soft and so incredibly conformable. The only slight draw back is that it runs a bit large. I'm a consistent medium in most North Face products, and this was just a tad baggy compared to what I'm used to (but I still wear it often!)

Amazing Wheels (But really loud)
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I was looking to make an upgrade on my wheels, and after doing a lot of research I settled on this. I was definitely not disappointed! These wheels absolutely fly up any climb you're doing, and tear down steep descents. These wheels still put a smile on my face every-time I ride.

***If you've never had carbon/nice wheels before, be warned that these wheels are LOUD. Every-time you coast it sounds like you're being chased by a small swarm of bees. This takes a bit of getting used to, but after 2-3 rides you quickly forget about it and the benefits of these wheels definitely outweigh the noise.

I purchased this shirt thinking it would be just another flannel, but boy was I wrong. It's incredibly soft, and keeps me at the perfect temperature in Northern California. It also fits like a glove and is the right mix of being loose in the right places, but overall very form fitting.
