This kit is perfect if you and your significant other want to go on a backcountry camping trip! Or if you and a buddy want to go on a camping trip, either way its a fantastic kit! The pocket rocket works like a champ, the pot is just the right size, not too small but not too heavy. Insulated mugs are a great bonus, and the whole kit fits in the cooking pot!! Saving space is huge for the backcountry as well so this is a no brainer if you need a kit for 2!

Picked these up last minute before a trip to Kings Peak and didn't have time to break them in. Hot spots on the first day hiking in but after that, smooth sailing. No blisters or pain. These boots are super supportive and you can also wrap your laces around the boot once below the top two gromets to give yourself more support if you want it. The sole grips really well to wet and dry surfaces alike. Mossy surfaces I would still be careful of though. They are pretty warm because they trap in heat very well and keep everything else out so I would say to possibly wear lighter socks in the warmer months and with thick socks you can use them in the winter on some occasions. Gore-Tex membrane also held up to its name! Tromped through the streams and muck almost to the top of the boot and nothing leaked through. The inside was dry. Also got caught in a rain storm with 3 hours left on our hike out. I was wearing pants with a light dwr treatment but of course they soaked through after a half hour or so. No big deal, it was in the summer but when we got back to the car at the parking lot, my derriere may have been soaked through but my feet were nice and dry.

I had tried on multiple bibs and fits were just too restricting or too loose. When I tried these on in XL, it was just right. The bibs stretched and moved with me while still being fitted to my body which was just incredible. I've been using these day in and day out and they have performed impeccably. The Gore-Tex keeps me dry and the 4 venting panels make it easy to dump heat when you need to. The side pockets are huge and the zippers are durable and waterproof. The zippers are a little rigid at times but its to be expected with how heavy duty they are. These bad boys also breathe super well even when its soaking wet snow out. My gloves and balaclava soaked through by the end of one particular day and my legs underneath my bibs were still bone dry. Didn't let the water in, but sure let my legs breathe enough to not sweat myself out on the inside! Doesn't Matter if you board or ski, these bibs rock. -Also, you can turn them into pants if you need to.

Super responsive, incredibly light, comfortable and these dampen vibrations super well. Doesn't matter if I'm ripping up groomers, stomping it in the park, dropping off a cliff or bombing it down a steep. (You get the picture) These are ready to take on the mountain however you want to ride it. If you are familiar with the flight pros, these I'd say are super similar with a few differences of course. They're lighter than my flight pros from 2014. The have a lot more cushioning for stomping anything and everything as well as being more responsive but they still flex from nose to tail suuuuuper well. Definitely would suggest this for intermediate to advanced riders if they want something that is going to be able to take anything they want to attack on the mountain.

Not sure where to start, I freaking love this jacket! Enough insulation to keep you warm from 20 to 40 degrees and you can layer underneath if it gets colder. Hood stretches to fit snug over your helmet, the vader vents let you breathe through the jacket collar without it freezing up like most buffs. The pocket for the goggles is HUGE, I normally don't put my goggles in there but I can take really anything I want on the mountain in that pocket. Couple beers and snacks? Yes. Some tools and the wallet, Yes. Full rotisserie style chicken? Probably, just make sure you have that thing bagged up well because if you yard sale, everybody on the chair lift will keep asking what smells so delicious. On another note, the goggles and lenses are one of a kind and you cant get them anywhere else!

These have a fantastic athletic fit, they're pretty warm with some basketball shorts and a goretex layer over them! I have to take a lap or two but I'm warm and comfortable on at 15 degree day on the mountain.

I love this piece so much I normally wear it 2-3 days in a row of solid days on the mountain. IT DOESN'T STINK AT ALL. Gotta love Merino Wool! It regulates my body temp very well whether it needs to cool me down or warm me up! Super soft feel to it and very comfortable athletic fit. Cant wait to use it in the spring!

This is a great tool to always have in your pack when riding the mountain. With 6 different heads you can just about tighten, loosen or adjust anything in the snow sports market quickly with ease. Fits in the palm of your hand and has a switch for tightening or loosening with the ratchet. Definitely a must have if you don't already have a tool!

First off, this is not a boot for beginners. Intermediate to advanced at least. Now that we have that out of the way, I freakin love these boots. The outershell is basically bulletproof, the thermal moldable liner is a new material that wont break down as quickly as well as being super comfortable. I heat molded them first then took them out and they were instantly comfortable. You have 3 different arch supports to choose from depending on your foot, as well as two different sized ankle hold inserts that go into the liner. The outer shell will also hold up longer and not break down and get soft as fast. The flex inserts are an amazing addition as well! I take them out when I'm riding in the the resort and then put them in when i need something stiffer for the backcountry. Doesn't matter what type of boarder you are, as long as you arent a beginner; These boots will be great for you because you can customize them for a different type of ride so easily.

I bought these for my dad since he works up at the ski resort and would prefer to not be in his ski boots all day. He loves them! Comfortable all day long and very warm. The rubber tread has fantastic traction as well! This boot has Keen's traditional wide footbed opposed to the durand polar that has a narrower foot bed so if you were looking for a wider footbed, this is a winner! Also- its 450 grams insulation in the toe box and 400 grams in the rest of the boot.

The Vaulted arches at the head and foot box on this tent at first seemed like a little much when first setting this up but are super nice once the tent is set. It creates a lot more space in the tent that you normally wouldn't have in most traditional 2 person tents. The tent also breathes really well with the vents, I always dry out my rain fly after using the tent whether it rained or not and with this tent there is much less condensation to dry out than the others I've tested! I also got the zipper jammed on the rain fly in the dark trying to get back in the tent after taking care of my business in the bushes. (It was freezing outside in the desert) I zipped it back on the track with ease and the fly wasn't even damaged so the rain fly seems pretty durable!
