Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 190 lbs
Size Purchased: XL

I owned a pair of Smartwool long johns before, and I like the improvements. The wide waist band is great, and the sizing is better for me. I'm curvy, lately wear a size 14 in jeans, and bought an XL. The legs are just right - snug without being tight. I wear them under pants for hiking/backpacking and dog-walking, so I don't mind (and wouldn't notice) if the butt/waist sags, but it is a little loose around the waist, so it probably would a little if I wore them as leggings under a skirt. I didn't have any fuzzies unlike someone else's review, and they're very soft.
They're perfect for my use - hiking/backpacking. Highly recommended!

I've owned this jacket for 2 years now. It's the best rain jacket I've had. I had a PreCip, but eventually the waterproofing wore out, and refreshing it didn't work. Even when the PreCip was new, I'd feel moisture on my arms. This jacket doesn't have that moist feeling, and being Gore-Tex, has kept the waterproofing through 2 years of regular use. I love it, and have gotten a friend to buy one too!

I really liked this bottle. I did expect a larger size as I have the 16 oz narrow mouth and it's marked for 16, but probably holds closer to 20 oz. This one is marked for 14 and holds 16 to the neck, according to Nalgene's website. In any event, I don't have it anymore, because 1-2 months after buying it, I dropped it apparently right on the seam on the bottom and it cracked. I was shocked, as I've had the other bottle for years and only the loop part broke; the plastic is perfect. I used both at work, so lighter use. I did take the older one along in a backpacking trip, but didn't have this one long enough to do the same. I may try another of these since I prefer the wide mouth because of the ease of cleaning, and will update if I do try another.
Btw, I dropped only from the height of my hand to the floor of the elevator. It's not as though it was from an abnormal height. The plastic does seem thinner than the narrow-mouth I own.

Update: I did get another, and it's held up better. No issues in a few months of use.

I wore this for a 3-day backpacking trip on the AT. I didn't bring anything else. Never smelled, even though day 1 was 90 degrees and I was carrying 25+ pounds. It did get a little looser over 3 days. I also should've washed it once more before taking it - it was a little scratchy because I'd only washed it once.
