Living life in motion!

I love bikes and the places they take me. You can find me on the trails, commuting to work or even lining up at the occasional cyclocross race. When I'm not riding, I am out playing in the snow or training for my next ultra marathon.

Beti is a blast!
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Beti could very well be my new bestie. I had a chance to spend some time with her last weekend and was nothing but impressed. I love lists, so here's a list of all the things I love about this playful gal:
1. Beti climbs with awesome efficiency and almost zero pedal bob.
2. When she hits the rock gardens, the suspension opens up and clears technical terrain like it's no big deal.
3. Beti is no heifer! She is lightweight and super playful.
4. The geometry is all right with this girl; she's got snap, she inspires confidence, and you could hang out with her all day.
5. She knows us gals like nice things. A girl can argue that XT brakes are some of the best brakes on the market, and the 1x11 X01 drivetrain let's you focus on riding, not shifting 30 gears that you simply don't need.
6. The switch infinity looked confusing at first, but suspension set up is as easy as any other full suspension ride.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs small

Giordana knocked it out of the park on these. Here's a list of everything I love about the Lungo short:
- yoga waistband. say no to bike short muffin top.
- wide band leg grippers. also say no to the dreaded sausage leg!
- reflective accents for added visibility
- fun color options!
- material is lightweight and breathes well

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

The first time I saw this jersey online, I was far from impressed; however, I am borderline obsessed with all things yellow, so I decided to give it a try. Pleasant surprise! It's pretty darn flattering (and fits true to size).

A few things to note:
- it's not the longest jersey out there and can potentially leave a lower back gap.
- the built in bra is probably better for the well endowed and may not be super supportive for smaller chests.
- this is going to sound strange, but the shoulder straps are a bit wider than expected. Or rather, they sit a little farther away from the neck, but I never had issue with them staying in place.
- The material is super light weight and seems to be very good quality too.

Meaty Thighs? Say Yes to PeggyM.
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 150 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

I know I'm not the only gal out there who struggles to find shorts that are small enough in the waist but big enough in the thighs. Well, these shorts were made for quadzillas. Say goodbye to too tight baggies that ride up past your liners. These shorts are a dream.

Fit aside, I love, love, love these shorts for multiple reasons:
- the material is light weight and super silky, but at the same time they feel incredibly durable.
- one cargo pocket, two rear pockets and two zippy pockets means plenty of room to stash your stuff.
- there is an extra two inch panel that runs up the inside of each leg so you aren't sitting on any bulky seam crossings, but it also helps prevent twisting/bunching as you pedal.
- and let's not fail to mention the playful prints!

Functional and Cute

I love this top! It's light weight and breathable and perfect for all sorts of activities. Overall, the top is loose fiting and long enough to reach my hips.

At 5'7 and 150lbs, I probably should have bought a medium, but with a chest the size of a 'tween, the small fits well enough (padded bra built in, with removable pads).
